TERMS & CONDITIONS

This Terms and Conditions Agreement governs the use of services provided by Imani Trading Group.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Imani Group is a private organization and not affiliated with the Government of Canada. Immigration services may be applied for directly through the Government of Canada at www.canada.ca. Final decisions on immigration applications rest solely with IRCC or other competent authorities.

PRIVACY POLICY

Imani Trading Group collects personal information to provide immigration consulting services. We collect names, contact details, billing data, and application documents where necessary. We use this data only to deliver services, process payments, comply with legal requirements, and improve client experience. We do not sell or rent personal data.

Information may be shared with government authorities (IRCC) and trusted third-party service providers. Data is stored securely and retained only as long as necessary. Clients may request access, correction, or deletion of their data. Imani Group complies with Canadian and international privacy standards.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Refund Policy:

  • Non-refundable: consultations, appeal services, rental equipment, and visa applications refused for reasons beyond Imani Group's control.
  • Conditional refund: up to 30% of service fees if refusal is solely due to an Imani Group error.
  • Government and third-party fees are always non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations 24+ hours before consultations: rescheduled free of charge.
  • Cancellations less than 24 hours or no-shows: non-refundable.
  • Service packages are non-refundable once work begins.

Clients must acknowledge these policies in writing before services are rendered.

SERVICE AGREEMENT

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between:
Imani Trading Group, Canada, ON, Email: info@imanigroup.ca, Phone: +1 343-307-9091 ("Imani Group"),
AND
The Client identified above ("Client").

1. Scope of Services

Imani Group agrees to provide immigration consulting, application support, and related advisory services as outlined in the Service Proposal/Invoice provided to the Client.

2. Payment Terms
  • Payment is due in full upfront prior to commencement of services.
  • Government fees (IRCC, visa offices, medical exams, etc.) are not included and must be paid directly by the Client.
  • Accepted payment methods: credit card, debit, or electronic transfer.
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
  • Consultations, appeal services, and visa processing fees are non-refundable.
  • Partial refunds (up to 30%) may be granted only if refusal is solely due to an Imani Group error.
  • Cancellations 24+ hours before consultation: rescheduled at no charge.
  • Cancellations <24 hours or no-shows: non-refundable.
  • Once work on an application has begun, services are non-refundable.

Client acknowledges acceptance of this policy by signing below.

4. Compliance
  • Imani Group is a private organization and not affiliated with the Government of Canada.
  • Immigration applications may be submitted directly with the Government of Canada at no cost at www.canada.ca.
  • Final decisions are made exclusively by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
5. Limitation of Liability

Imani Group shall not be held liable for visa refusals or outcomes beyond its control. Liability shall be limited to the total service fees paid by the Client.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Canada and the applicable provincial laws.
